Changes in Programming and Service Fees:

NEMA TV reserves the right to change the programming packages, programming services, or other services we offer, and our prices or fees, at any time. We may also re-arrange, delete, add to, or otherwise change the service provided on all programming packages. For any changes to the programming packages, prices, or fees that are within our control, notice will be approximately one (1) month in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

You have the right to cancel your Subscription services for any reason only by the end of your paid term. Subscription fees for services and programming packages are non-refundable once charged to your account. No credits or refunds will be provided for cancellation of subscriptions to services. Upon cancellation of your services, you will be eligible to receive services until the end of your paid term. Your subscription services will continue until cancelled. Your subscription will be automatically renewed, and your account will be charged until it is cancelled.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Trademarks

All corporate names, service marks, logos, trade names, trademarks, websites and domain names of Nema TV Inc. (collectively "Marks") are and shall remain the exclusive property of NEMA TV and nothing in these Terms of Service shall grant you the license to use such Marks.

All Services and/or Materials found on the Website are protected by trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property laws. Any commercial use of the Services and/or Materials found on the Website is strictly prohibited, without the express, prior, written consent of Nema TV Any reproduction or redistribution of the Services and/or Materials not in accordance with the terms set forth herein is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

Use of Software

The software that is made available to download from this Site is the copyrighted work of Nema TV and/or its suppliers and partners. Use of such software is governed by these Terms of Service and the terms set forth in the applicable End User License Agreement. You may not reverse, engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software available on the Website.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED.

CHANGES; NOTICE

Nema TV may modify these Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy at any time by posting such modification on the Website and such modification shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement. Your continued access or use of the Service shall be deemed your acceptance of the modifications. Notice will be considered received by you, and such changes will become binding on you, on the date posted to the Nema TV Web Site and no further notice by Nema TV is required. You agree to review these documents regularly as there may be modifications.

Nema TV may also make changes to the Website, Materials, and/or Services at any time without notice.
